Cardio Kickboxing is a total body workout designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The class specifically improves flexibility, core strength, and cardio vascular health. It's also a great way to lose weight. Students learn a variety of kicks, punches, blocks and strikes. The class is an upbeat, exciting way to get in the best shape of your life!

All classes are taught in our new, state-of-the-art training facility. Our workout area has mirrors for improving technique and is also matted for the student's protection. In addition, the instructors have a large variety of training equipment at their disposal to work different areas of the body. All classes are taught by nationally certified, professional instructors.
